SalePilot ("we," "us," "our") provides a point-of-sale app for garage sales, fundraisers, vendor markets, and similar events ("the Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Because SalePilot is built for quick setup with no account creation required, most of what we collect is entered directly by you or the people helping run your sale:
We do not require your name, email address, or phone number to use the core app.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not show ads in the app.
Sale data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider, acting as our data processor. In-app purchases are processed and verified through Apple and Google's own systems, governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data you enter for a sale (sellers, items, prices, transactions) is visible to anyone who joins that sale using your invite code, that's how the multi-device sync works. We don't share it with anyone outside of people you've invited, except as required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.
Sale data is kept for as long as the sale remains active in our system. You can request deletion of a sale and its associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
SalePilot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be noted here.
